YOUR MISSION
3 days/ week and reporting to our CMO, you will own the DACH marketing strategy, executing high-impact initiatives that drive awareness, credibility, and lead generation. You will work closely with the sales team to define market opportunities, create the right marketing materials, and ensure effective communication and engagement with potential customers.
Your role will require a mix of strategy, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration, working with content, PR, partnerships, events, and digital marketing to position Kolsquare as a leader in the DACH market.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Awareness & Thought Leadership
- Position Kolsquare as DACH’s go-to Influencer Marketing platform through PR, thought leadership content, strategic partnerships and events.
- Build relationships with media, industry experts, and associations to amplify our thought leadership.
- Working with the central content team, localize blog posts, reports, and whitepapers that showcase Kolsquare’s expertise and proprietary data.
- Secure speaking engagements & media opportunities to strengthen brand authority.
Lead Generation & Sales Collaboration
- Work closely with sales to define an DACH-specific acquisition strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Working with central product marketing and content marketing teams, localize marketing materials (brochures, case studies, blog articles, whitepapers, email sequences) that help the sales team convert leads.
- Implement localized lead generation campaigns, including content marketing, paid media, and events.
- Track key KPIs to measure impact and optimize campaigns for lead conversion.
Events, Partnerships & Community Engagement
- Identify, plan, and execute high-impact local events that generate brand visibility and qualified leads.
- Develop strategic partnerships with marketing associations, agencies, and key industry players.
- Engage with influencer marketing communities & ambassadors to create advocacy and strengthen Kolsquare’s reputation.
Public Relations & Media Management
- Manage DACH-based PR initiatives in collaboration with local PR agencies and journalists.
- Pitch and distribute newsworthy content to key media outlets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends & competitors, ensuring we stay ahead of industry changes.
- You have 4+ years of experience in marketing, PR, or brand management, ideally in Influencer Marketing or SaaS Martech.
- You have a deep understanding of the German influencer marketing & media landscape with an existing network.
- You are native German speaker and fluent in English
- You have a strong network with relevant German media, influencers and agencies
- You’re a strategic thinker and hands-on executor, ready to own and scale Kolsquare’s presence in Germany.
- You’re commercially driven and know how to generate demand & support sales.
- You have experience in creating appealing marketing materials (case studies, reports, brochures, email sequences…).
- A self-starter, you thrive in a fast-moving, international environment
