YOUR MISSION AS CUSTOMER MARKETING MANAGER

YOUR SCOPE AS CUSTOMER MARKETING MANAGER
Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, activation, and retention across Kolsquare’s global markets, playing a key role in our company's growth.
As Customer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for optimising Kolsquare’s customer journey from onboarding to advocacy, ensuring that each touchpoint delivers value, promotes product stickiness, and drives brand loyalty. Your primary objectives are to enhance the overall customer experience, reduce churn, and build a thriving community that connects and empowers our users.
You’ll collaborate with the product, sales, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure all initiatives align with product updates, customer needs, and the overall company goals.
Your main responsibilities:
Customer Journey Ownership: Map and oversee the customer journey from activation to retention. Identify optimisation opportunities and implement initiatives that enhance the customer experience, driving loyalty (emailing, content, gamification, …).
Customer Database Management: Segment and maintain the client database updated, ensuring accurate identification of contacts to support targeted communication and engagement strategies.
Customer Communication: Oversee the customer communication activities, including email marketing, tailored content, product updates, and upsell campaigns to increase brand love, product stickiness and customer lifetime value.
Advocacy: Lead initiatives that foster advocacy, including customer reviews, referral programs, and success stories. Partner with key customers to gather and incorporate valuable product feedback.
Community Building: Foster an engaged community by leveraging customer stories, content collaborations, and events, ensuring customers feel valued and involved.
Churn Reduction: Identify at-risk customers early and develop proactive marketing strategies to retain them, in collaboration with the customer support and success teams.
Customer-Centric Culture: Advocate for customer-centricity within Kolsquare, ensuring that customer feedback and needs are reflected in all marketing and product efforts
This job is tailored for you if:
You have 5 years of work experience in customer marketing or a similar role, with a track record of success in a MarTech/AdTech environment, preferably in an international setting.
You are a strategic thinker with an operational mindset and a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle in a SaaS context.
You are highly collaborative and enjoy working cross-functionally
You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable crafting messages for different customer segments
You are data-driven and have strong analytical skills
You are creative and ready to develop innovative customer programs that create long-lasting relationships.
You are passionate about community building and have experience fostering customer advocacy and loyalty.
You are a team player
You love digital marketing, social media and influencer marketingYou are fluent in English (compulsory)
Kolsquare is an “on demand” work from home company, with a head office in Paris, France. You will have access to our coworking network Spaces in 400+ cities in the world, and we will gather physically on a monthly and quarterly basis with other Kolsquarians for great team building events.
